I received the paper stock sample kit very quickly (still waiting to receive from your competitors) and the online shopping experience was quite simple and straightforward instead of busy and convolluted like your competitors. The file upload preview did not work but I expect to review proofs so that's fine. Happy so far, we'll see the quality of the print job ;-)
