As someone who has worked in the printing industry for over 10 years and is now working in web development, I was pleased with how easy it was to order exactly what I wanted. Your web user experience team has done an amazing job of making my transaction smooth from start to finish. It's not often that I praise websites for their user experience aspects, (as most get it wrong) but your site was so easy to navigate, I felt compelled to leave compliments. My only suggestion is to tell the user that the preview is low resolution as to avoid confusion when a user (such as myself) uploads a high res file.
