Preproofing was extremely difficult. I was probably on hold for an hour today. The first person I spoke with spoke terrible english so bad that I couldn't even understand him and I am a translator for ESL students from everywhere. Besides that, eventually the proof was fixed so I can't be mad at the end of the day. So you get a 2.
