I was hoping the proof would show exactly what the card would look like, but Mr. Mabal indicated over the phone that the proof is not shown with the 1/8" perimeter removed. He was kind enough to accept an email with the original design of the card and arrangement of the name as it was planned (with left side of H abutting the edge). Overall, your staff, though, is exceptionally patient and helpful. It would be nice to see the card exactly as it will appear in hand.

there is no template for the tri-fold - only zfold and half fold so I had to re-upload files + the quantity was wrong and there is no option to change on the cart so I had to start over.
