Instead of giving each upload an item number, it would be easier for the customer to have it appear as the file name, to be able to distinguish between files.

I spoke with someone in Sales on Friday and was told that if we submitted the files via FTP within 30 minutes, we would have the proofs by the end of the day. We did not get them by then. Also, we submitted 9 different files, they were all given the same job number, so it's impossible to track which file is which. There has to be a better way to do this.
