I nearly used overnight prints, the system kept loosing my order and the PDF preview was terrible, I hope the proof works.

I had a very hard time dealing with the web site. Then I could not get through by phone. Once I did, the process was fine.

I would love to see an estimated ship date and estimated delivery date in the order confirmation! That would really help make sure that I'm calculating the right service and delivery options to make sure I meet my deadline.

Design tool went haywire at times. It kept enlarging boxes automatically. Also some of my images were not accepted. It would be good to know maximum size for images. Also, it would have been good to have proofing option on check out page. You only get learn how info. I had to call in to request proof because I by passed info on home page. Otherwise service was good so far.

It a little disconcerting to not be able to get the instant check of the art like the site promised, but I was assured by your phone support that in requesting a digital proof, I would get to see exactly what will print out in PDF format.

I understand that you don't email proofs out, but an email notification that the proof is ready to be viewed would be nice so I don't have to keep checking back.
