I was a little confused by the fact that the thumbnail pics of my postcards I uploaded looked like the image i loaded is going to be distorted and turned around. I am guessing this is just an issue with the thumbnail formats but still, it was a little disconcerting and I took extra time to go back and do the whole upload process over again to make sure I was doing it right. otherwise, everything was very intuitive and easy and I appreciated the template that was provided to me!

I received a phone call notifying me to settle my balance, even before I had approved the proof. I thought that was kind of jumping the gun and a little inconsistent and not following to the proofing process appropriately.
