The prices I believe are very good, which is very important, and when I called customer service they were very friendly and helpful. However, the design program is not the most user friendly which at the same time almost turned me away the first time I tried to navigate my way through the process. One option I wish I was able to have was glossy front and matte back like a real postcard. I just approved my proof and hope they turn out great!
