I previously used vistaprint.com for printing orders. This is my first time using uprinting. I find that the user experience is more streamlined, and the prices are much better. If the printing is good, then you've got yourself a new customer.

The website is very user friendly, and the customer service reps are also very friendly. However, it was difficult getting the information I needed from them (I spoke to at least 4 different reps today, on separate calls, as I had questions regarding several parts of my order). Part of the problem is that they are reading from a script without the ability to "think for themselves", and could not give me answers that were consistent nor seemed "real". Everything was canned. I am hoping the order goes well. This is my first with your company.
