I requested a proof after submitting my EPS brochure file. I made some changes after receiving the proof and submitted it for rechecking. However, as I was looking at the proof again, I seemed to have missed another mistake. Do I get another chance to make the correction? Therese O - July 30, 2009
Yes, you will receive another proof with the first set of changes that you made. Once you get that proof, make the necessary changes again, and submit the second proof. You may repeat this process until you have made all the changes you want. However, once you have approved the proof, your product will be put into production and you will not be able to make changes after that. Answered by UPrinting.com Prepress Team
Do you guys check for spelling mistakes? What about alignment errors? I already uploaded my EPS brochure design, and I wanted to see if you guys would be able to check these things before you printed them out. Heather H - July 30, 2009
We do not spell check any of our documents, but we do check and make corrections for alignment errors. Answered by UPrinting.com Prepress Team

Would older versions of Postcript be able to open the calendar templates that you guys have? Rickey Y. - July 26, 2009

Your website says my PostScript file is too large to upload. What are some ways to make the file size smaller? Bob B. - July 26, 2009
Flatten your image in PostScript by clicking on the "Layer" menu on the top bar, and then select "Flatten image". This will decrease the file size. You then should convert your file into a PDF format. Answered by UPrinting.com Prepress Team
