I heard that you guys require a bleed for our business card designs. How big does it need to be and what should I do to add it? Should I add a white border around my design? Hannah A. - July 28, 2009
The bleed needs to be 1/8 of an inch all around your design. You can add a white border that is 1/8 of an inch or simply extend your artwork 1/4 inches more to both the height and the width. Answered by UPrinting.com Prepress Team

I know your size limit is 100MB. If I have an AI file for my calendar that is over that limit, what should I do to be able to upload the file? Syleen A - July 26, 2009
