  1. How To Enter: All newsletter subscribers are automatically eligible for the daily poster give away. Promotion begins 12:00:01 a.m. PST December 10, 2007, and ends 11:59:00 p.m. PST February 10, 2008 (the “promotion period”). If you are not a newsletter subscriber, go to http://www.uprinting.com/postergiveaway and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. All entries must be received by 11:59:00 p.m. PST February 10, 2008, when promotion ends.

  2. Participation: Promotion is open to all current newsletter subscribers and to individuals who complete the appropriate entry form on U-Printing.com. No purchase is necessary. Daily entries may also be received by sending an e-mail to sales@uprinting.com which includes the name, address, telephone number, and contact person name for the individual or company seeking a daily entry. Daily Entries are only for the first day after the e-mail requesting a daily entry is received by U-Printing. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and household members of employees of Digital Room, Inc., U-Printing, and their respective affiliated and parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this promotion’s production, development or handling are not eligible. This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

  3. Validation: The Daily Prize Winner will be determined randomly from among all eligible entrants on the particular day of the drawing. Drawings will be conducted in Los Angeles, CA and done by Digital Room, Inc. The Daily Prize Winner will be notified via e-mail. The Daily Prize Winner will be sent a Prize Code which can be redeemed for the Daily Prize and may be required to execute an Publicity Release Agreement allowing U-Printing to list his or her name as a Daily Prize Winner on the U-Printing Website, which is to be returned along with the Prize Code. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, for promotional purposes. Failure to execute the Publicity Release Agreement may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner.

  4. Prize: 1 Daily Prize: One Poster on one of the following stocks: High Gloss, Semi Gloss, Artist Canvas, Premium 15 mil Vinyl, Static Window (Opaque) or Adhesive Vinyl, up to 18"x24" in size. The Prize is limited to Large Format (Digital Inkjet) production only. Maximum prize value: $44.00. Grommets and other finishing options available at standard costs. No changes or substitutions. If prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award substitute of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes for receipt of any prize are sole responsibilities of Winner. Odds of winning Prize depend on the number of entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except with Sponsor’s permission or where required by law.

  5. Delivery of Prize: Once the Daily Prize Winner has returned the Prize Coupon and executed the Publicity Release Agreement, Sponsor will arrange for a next day turnaround on the delivery of the item, so long as the Daily Prize Winner provides and approves the files by 9:00am PST. Sponsor will provide free Ground Shipping for the item with the winning entrant paying a $5.00 handling fee.

  6. Promotional Limitations: Individuals shall be only eligible to be a Daily Prize Winner once during any particular calendar month. If the Prize Coupon is not redeemed within 30 day of the sending of the Prize Coupon to the Daily Prize Winner, the Prize Coupon is void and the Daily Prize Winner has forfeited his or her right to any prize.

  7. General Conditions: By entering, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Digital Room, Inc. and their respective affiliated and parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies from all claims or damages arising out of your participation in this promotion and/or acceptance, ownership or use of any prize or prize related activity. Sponsor does not provide any implied or express warranty, guarantee or representation, in law or equity, pertaining to any third party product or service supplied in whole or in part as a prize for this promotion. If for any reason any electronic portion of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process, and to award prizes among eligible entries not affected by the problem. No responsibility assumed for late or misdirected mail.

  8. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
