Printing marketing materials more often than not require an artwork which you must upload and pass to your printing company. In the event that you don’t have a graphic design ready, no worries! You can always ask for our design service and our graphic design experts will be glad to hear your instructions.

What kind of project can we do with design services?
Almost any project can be created using our design service, from business cards to vinyl banners, you can ask for our expert assistance. Just be ready with the following:
• Product specifications for your products. (Folding, Size, and Color, etc.)
• Images (the bigger the better)
• Text
• Logo
• Detailed Instructions
After we have received all of the above, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our designers to put together an artwork for you.
How much does a custom design cost?
You can always ask for a custom quote to avoid confusion. But just to give you an idea, here are some of the common projects which our design service accommodates:
• Business Cards: $25
• Postcard: $75
• Brochures: $150
• Small Business Identity Kit (Business card, Envelope and Letterhead): $100
• Small Business Marketing Kit (Brochure, Postcard and Flyer): $250
Do I have to pay for design services upfront, or can I be billed later?
We require payment upfront so we can begin making an artwork for you. You can call us to place an order or chat with our friendly representatives and they will be glad to address your needs.
What kind of files can you accept for my print project?
Only high resolution images in JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, EPS, PSD, AI and Adobe PDF will be accepted. For text documents, we accept: DOC, PPT, RTF, and TXT. For spreadsheets: XLS and CSV.
Can you write text copy for my project?
We do not offer copy-writing services.
Do you design custom trademarks or logos?
Apparently, we do not offer trademark and logo designs, watch out for it soon thought.
Do you have an image library (stock photos) that I can use for my project?
None, we don’t have an image library. You can go to shutterstock.com or an online photo library though. You will have to purchase the images yourself and send it to us via email.
How many revisions are allowed per project?
Our design package allows two revision sessions, unless otherwise noted.
What is the turnaround time to complete a design?
Depending on the difficulty of your specifications, a design can be completed within 1 to 3 business days. Printing will take additional time.
What if I need multiple versions of the same business card?
If you need different versions of the same design, there will be an additional $15 charge per version.
Will I receive a proof once my design is complete?
Yes, we will send the completed design to your UPrinting account for approval. You may approve the design for printing or send it back for revisions.
How do I order prints?
After approving your design proof, you will have to configure your printing specifications and pay for your job order. Once paid, your order will go directly to press.
