When submitting your files, note that there are bleed and safe zone guidelines that you need to follow to ensure that the outcome retains all the necessary details by eliminating the risk of cutting off the edges of your calendar design.

For end-to-end designs, create bleeds of 0.125” on each side.  Ensure that all the details are within the safe margins.  These are the marks situated 0.137” away from the edges of your file documents.

The outer pages of our calendars can be made of durable 100 lb cover stock or flexible100 lb text stock.  You may also choose between aqueous or matte coated paper.  Aqueous coatings provide sheen on the surface while matte coating sets a dull satin finish.  These features can optimize the appearance of your full color calendars.

We employ saddle stitching with staple wires and wire-O binding with double loops wires to give the calendar sturdy binding materials.
