At UPrinting, you can choose to have your design printed on gloss or matte paper:

Gloss paper is the standard glossy paper type which has a fine quality and texture and is coated with a gloss finish on both sides. It’s ideal for rich, full-color prints and is commonly used for brochures, booklets, calendars, flyers, posters and annual reports.
Matte paper offers great ink holdout and is an excellent choice for printing pages with colored images. The paper is coated with an even, dull and non-gloss finish. Matte paper is ideal for photographic reproductions and posters. It can also be written on.
