U-Printing’s calendar printing services include customization plus a host of other services that come free of charge.

Printing calendars is done on either offset or digital printing facilities, depending on the quantity of your order.  For cost-effective bulk printing, offset printing is recommended, whereas digital printing is more suitable for quantities lower than 500 copies.  Your orders may range from 250 to 20,000 calendars.  

Each 28-page calendar is printed in full color of 100 lb stock types. For the cover pages, you can choose from gloss text, gloss cover or matte cover.  Cover stocks are more rigid and offers better protection to the inner pages.  On the other hand, text stocks are flexible and match the inner pages.  Gloss coating makes the surface of the paper shiny, and matte coating provides a subdued satiny finish.

These pages can be bound on the spine with staple wires through saddle stitching or with double loop wires via wire-O binding.  You can add a hole for convenient hanging.

Sizes are 11” x 17” and 12” x 24” and when folded become 8.5” x 11” and 12” x 12”, respectively.  For custom sizes, you can begin at 4.25” x 5.5” and increase at increments of 0.25” up to 18” x 26” for offset printing and 11” x 17” for digital printing.  

Turnaround times are 4, 6 and 8 business days.  It is within these periods of times that calendars are printed, cut, bound and packaged before being sent for shipping.
