Artwork Printed on Canvas
Qualities of UPrinting’s Canvas Prints
Having photos or artworks printed on canvas can be tough especially for people that have never really experienced placing custom orders for printed canvas. UPrinting, the leading force in online printing, recognizes this problem and has made getting photo printing on canvas easier.
There are two types of canvases used in UPrinting’s canvas printing service. Clients can choose either the standard rolled canvas or the stretched canvas. Both of variations are affordable, are resistant to various elements such as fading, water and scratches and use high quality canvases as the medium for the print.
Images printed on canvases that are rolled can be ordered in sizes such as 8” x 8”, 20” x 24”, 30” x 40”, 40” x 60” all the way to 55” x 100”. They have the fastest production turnaround time clocking in with a single business day in between the approval of press proof and the delivery. This is a feat that no other online printing company can deliver. To ensure that the print orders are fade resistant, ordered canvas prints are cured in a special ultraviolet (UV) solution. This makes the prints last longer than regular prints ordered elsewhere. Customers can also opt to have these canvas printed bordered in increments of 2” or have them delivered without borders.
Meanwhile, stretched canvases emulate the same qualities as the UPrinting rolled canvas with slight differences. A longer turnaround time of three business days is required to ensure utmost quality. Aside from the ultraviolet treatment, stretched canvases are also treated with a protective satin coating to make the canvas print resistant against water and scratches. Clients who prefer stretched canvases may also opt to have these canvas prints shipped either in gallery wraps or in museum wraps.
With this, UPrinting assures clients and both new and old that printing on canvas will never as tough as before.
