TIPS TO HELP GET YOUR ORDER ON TIME

  1. Make sure your files are print-ready
    Files will problems would encounter delays. To avoid this, check out our file setup guide.
    To see an instant preview, we recommend you upload a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .pdf, .bmp, .tiff, .tif, .png, .psd, .eps file.

  2. Submit your files 4-8 Hours before the proof approval cut-off time
    For Next Day Turnaround option, orders and files must be submitted by 9 A.M. PST (12 noon EST) to allow us enough time to do a thorough review of your file and upload the proof before 12 noon PST. For other turnaround options, orders and files must be submitted by 12 noon PST for us to be able to upload the proof before the 5 P.M. PST cut-off for approval.

  3. Log in immediately to your account when the proof is available for review
    If a proof is requested, it takes from 2-6 hours after you submit the file for it to be available for your approval. The timeframe depends on our current workload.

    1 Day Production Turnaround - Approve the proof by 12nn PST and order will be shipped out the next business day
    2 Day - 10 Day Production Turnaround - Approve the proof by 5pm PST and first day of production would start the next business day

  4. Proceed to pay for any remaining balance after you approve the proof
    Production turnaround starts after the proof is approved and payment has been made. An order needs to be fully paid before it is queued in production.

  5. Select the appropriate shipping service based on the time-in-transit
    We ship out from Los Angeles, CA 90025. Consider the shipping transit times based on the UPS Service you select on checkout. These are additional days to the Production Turnaround.
