Specs for Marketing Brochures

We make use of high-quality digital and offset presses. Our digital printers are capable of producing 50 to 200 prints while offset presses can produce 500 to 100,000 brochures. Marketing brochures are printed on 100 lb. Paper Gloss, 100 lb. Paper Matte, 10 pt. Cardstock Gloss, and 10 pt. Cardstock Matte. Choose among these standard sizes: 5.5 x 8.5", 8.5 x 11", 8.5 x 14", 11 x 17" and 11 x 25.375". Print custom sized brochures in 0.25 increments. Custom sizes should have a minimum of 4.25 x 5.5", and a maximum of 39 x 27" for offset printing, or 11 x 17” for digital printing.

Brochure Mailing and Marketing

With our brochure mailing services, you can mail tabbed prints or folded brochures with envelopes. We provide mailing lists that can be specified by geographic location and demographic information. UPrinting offers Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification to put accurate addresses on your marketing brochure mails. For our mailing list preparation service, there would be 2 to 3 business days added to your brochure printing turnaround.

Fast and Easy Proofing

Electronic proofs are created by our prepress experts. This is ideal for clients who want to check their file setup before printing. Hard copy proofs are printed on high-end EPSON-Proofing System. Physical proofs have an additional fee.

Get your proof to check image clipping, folding setup, image dimensions, text spacing, and bleed setup. Your border should be set up to be 3/8" from the bleed line, allowing 1/16” to be trimmed by the cutters.
