Custom Sizes for Folded Brochures

Folded brochures can be printed in custom sizes with a minimum of 5.5" x 4.25", and a maximum of 11" x 17" for digital prints and 27” x 39” for offset brochures. Custom sized brochures are specific to 0.25” increments. The minimum and maximum custom sizes may vary depending on the type of folding.

Stock and Color Options

Your folded brochures can be printed on a 100 lb. Paper, or a 10 pt. Cardstock, with either a matte or gloss coating. For the color options, there are three available options:

• 4/0 – 4 color on one side, blank back
• 4/1 – 4 color on one side, black back
• 4/4 – 4 color on both sides

Mailing Services

You can mail your folded brochures directly to your target customers. Give us your mailing list and we’ll evaluate it for free to check the address. We’ll also help you prepare a list of you don’t have one yet. You can also pre-determine certain traits such as demographics, zip code and zip radius.

You can mail tabbed brochures or folded brochures in addressed envelopes. Set the mailing quantity and postage and you’ll instantly get the price quote. Mailing Preparation would add 2-3 Business Days to your printing turnaround.

Free Digital Proofs for Your Design

Before paying for your folded brochures, you can first send the design to us to get free digital proofs. Our design professionals will personally examine your design thoroughly and make any necessary adjustments to it to make sure that your brochures are print-ready. We’ll send you the proof, along with the indicated changes and why they’re made, for you to review and approve. If you’re satisfied, you can approve the proof and finally place your order.
