Choosing a Brochure Folding Method

A folded brochure provides a few panels where you can write a vast amount of information. The type of brochure folding to use should be considered in designing and printing brochures. Moreover, there are specific size options available for different folding. For accordion fold and roll fold brochures, 8.5" x 11", 8.5" x 14", 11" x 17" are the only sizes available.

Half fold or Bi-Fold: The prints are folded once, dividing the brochure into two sections. The crease is usually in the middle to make equal sections.

Letterfold or Trifold: Trifold brochures are folded twice, just like the way letters are folded. Entrepreneurs can put images and text on the front panel, inside pages, and back panel of a trifold brochure.

Z-fold: Brochures are folded twice. However, this type of fold follows a letter z pattern.
