Choosing a Brochure Folding Method

Here at UPrinting.com, you can have a folded brochure by choosing one of the many available folding options including Half fold, Tri Fold, Z-Fold, Roll Fold and Accordion Fold. For other folds like a gate fold, double parallel fold or saddle stitched print, or if you have a custom fold in mind that is not on the list, just give us a call and we can help you setup a custom order. Standard and Custom Sizes

You can have a standard size of 5.5 x 8.5", 8.5 x 11", 8.5 x 14", 11 x 17", or 11”x25.375”. Custom sizes range from 5.5" x 4.25", up to 11" x 17" for digital prints, or 27” x 39” for offset prints. The maximum size may still vary for folded brochure.

Paper Stocks

Our available paper stocks for folded brochures are 100 lb. Paper, Gloss (AQ) or Matte, and 10 pt. Cardstock, Gloss (AQ) or Matte. Choose any of the paper stock that is most appropriate for the purpose of your folded brochure.

Mailing Services for Folded Brochures

You can mail your folded brochures directly to your clients. For folded brochures, we provide tabbed brochure mailing so you can pack twice the information and pay the affordable postcard postage rates. You can send your mailing list to us, and it will be subjected to free list evaluation to check the address.

If you do not have a list yet, we can assist you to prepare your list.  We have reliable data source partners including Equifax and TransUnion.  You can choose between a consumer list and a business list, depending on your target market.  You can also pre-determine certain traits such as demographics, zip code and zip radius.

Free Digital Proofs

Submit your design to us and ask for a free digital proof. Your design will be thoroughly examined by our prepress team and make any necessary changes to make sure that your brochures will be printed without any errors or inaccuracies. We’ll send you the proof along with the indicated changes and explain why the changes needed to be made. You may approve the proof when you’re ready to place your order.
