USPS Mailing Guidelines
UPrinting helps you with your postcard mailing campaign by providing United States Postal Service (USPS) Mailing Guidelines. Leave 1 1/4” x 1 1/4" white space on the upper right hand corner on the side of the postcard fold opening. A 2" high x 4" wide white space must be provided on the mailing side for recipient's address and barcode. Submit your mailing list or buy one from us. We evaluate mailing lists to validate addresses and remove duplicates. Our mailing service and preparation will add 2 to 3 days on your postcard printing turnaround.
Upload and Preview Design File
Use your own postcard design. Upload your design file through our user-friendly website. We accept design files in Quark, JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, PDF, InDesign, and Publisher formats. Make sure that your design contains high-quality and high resolution photos. Confirm project details and specifications before uploading your design. You can upload 2-sided PDF or separate designs for front and back of your postcards. After uploading, a preview will be generated. Choose a proofing option. Approve your proof and proceed to printing.
