Full-color prints are produced with our color printing solution, also known as the CMYK color process. 50 to 200 catalog brochures are printed using digital presses, ideal for rush projects. For bulk printing, you can use our offset printing service, which allows you to print 500 up to 100,000 brochures.

Custom Brochure Sizes

You can choose among the standard and custom size options that we offer. Standard sizes include 5.5" x 8.5", 8.5" x 11", 8.5" x 14", 11" x 17", and 11" x 25.375". Custom sized brochures should range from 5.5" x 4.25" up to 11" x 17" for digital prints, or 27” x 39” for offset prints, specific to 0.25” increments.

Brochure Folding Options

Pick any available folding options such as the Half Fold, Trifold, Z-Fold, Accordion Fold and Roll Fold. For custom folds like Gate Fold, French Fold, double parallel fold, or any other fold that is not on the list, you may give us a call and we’ll help you setup a custom order.

Direct Mail Service

Our comprehensive mailing service allows you to print and mail brochures in one easy process. We even provide mailing lists that can be specified by geographic location and demographic data. You can mail tabbed prints or folded prints in addressed envelopes. You can set the mailing options such as the mailing quantity and the postage options. Check the USPS delivery times and the price for the whole printing and mailing service. For the mailing preparation, 2-3 business days may be added to the production turnaround.

Free Project Review

Our famous Free Project Review gives you full access to our prepress department to get your files checked, fixed and proofed, before paying! Proofing is recommended for first time customers who are not yet ready to order, those who are unsure about file setup or need help, designers that need client sign-off, or customers with complex custom or multi-page print jobs.

When you submit your file to us, our prepress team will check your design by putting it through a 30 point inspection process that covers technical issues including Narrow borders that are at risk of being cut, proper text spacing and bindery setup for multi-page artwork. After checking the design, we’ll send you the proof with the indicated changes for you to review and approve. Once you are ready to place your order, you may approve the proof.
