Calendar Printing Program

Our calendar printing program is composed of a range of printing services beginning with customization, down to the purchasing process.  U-Printing’s calendars house 28 full color pages for an entire year.  

For the cover pages of the calendars, 100 lb gloss text, 100 lb gloss cover and 100 lb matte cover are your options.  If you prefer a thinner stock that matches the 100 lb gloss text of the inner pages, you may opt for a similar stock type, but if you want a more rigid protection for the calendar sheets, cover stocks are thicker.  Aqueous solution-coated sheets have soft gloss on the surface while matte coating has a flat satin finish.

Pre-set calendar sizes are 11” x 17” and 12” x 24”, which when folded have sizes of 8.5” x 11” and 12” x 12”.  For custom sizes, the minimum is 4.25” x 5.5” and the maximum for offset printing is 18” x 26”. Digital printing is limited to 11” x 17”.  Measurements are modifiable at increments of 0.25”.  

Your calendars may be fastened through saddle stitching with staples wires or by wire-O binding with double loop wires.  Hole drilling for convenient hanging on flat and vertical surfaces is optional.

Our turnaround rates are 4, 6 or 8 business days.  This involves printing, cutting and binding.   The quantity range is 250 to 20,000 pieces.
