U-Printing’s business calendars printing service can accommodate various designs for different corporate calendar needs. Our offset and digital printing facilities can provide calendar quantities ranging from 250 to 20,000 calendars. For volumes less than 500 copies, digital printing is recommended.

All 24 inner calendar pages are printed in full color 100 lb stock types. For the four cover pages, you can choose from 100 lb. gloss text, 100 lb. gloss cover or 10 lb. matte cover. Cover stocks are thick and rigid paper, as opposed to the thin and flexible text stocks. Gloss coating on the surface of the paper makes it shiny while matte coating provides a dull satin finish.

Calendar sizes are 11” x 17” and 12” x 24” which when folded acquire dimensions of 8.5” x 11” and 12” x 12”. Other custom sizes start at 4.25” x 5.5”, and can reach up to 18” x 26” for offset printing and 11” x 17” for digital printing. Modifications are done at increments of 0.25”.

Your other options are hole-drilling, plus binding with staple wires through saddle stitching or with double loop wires via wire-O binding.

Our calendars are printed, cut, bound and packaged at turnaround times of 4, 6 and 8 business days.
