There are five standard brochure sizes. One of which is the 8.5” x 11” letterfold or trifold. They have two fold lines resulting to three equal panels. Having the size of a regular bond paper, this the most common size used probably because of its availability. 8.5" x 11" brochures can be printed either by digital or offset printing. Digital printing is basically like using a home printer. However, with digital printing, there's a possibility of having inconsistent prints. Offset printing, on the other hand, generates more consistent outputs.
8.5” x 11” letterfold brochures can be used to:
• Promote upcoming sales and events. Launch an information campaign a week or two before your sales event to ensure that people will be coming on the day of your sale.
• Entitle brochure holders with a special discount. People can present your brochure upon purchase or when they avail of your service. If you own a spa or a massage parlor, you can send your brochures straight to your customers' doorsteps and entitle the first five clients to a free service while giving discounts to the others.
• Raffle free passes for lucky brochure holders. You can do this by printing control numbers on your brochures and then doing a raffle. This way, they surely will keep your brochures at hand and probably even read it over and over again.
